Pitzer College invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Spanish. The field of specialization is open. The successful candidate will be joining the Modern Languages, Literatures, and Cultures (MLLC) field group, a multidisciplinary academic department that offers courses in Spanish, Portuguese, and French languages and cultures, and houses programs in writing and English language learning as well.   Candidates must have a transcultural and interdisciplinary research agenda with a primary focus on Spanish-Speaking Latin America.
