Lakehill Preparatory School seeks a full-time Middle and Upper School Spanish and French teacher for the 2026-27 school year. A Lakehill teacher can expect to teach 5-6 full-year courses and work in support of the department by performing other duties related to teaching and curriculum development. We are interested in someone who is able to teach both Middle School and High School Spanish and French.

Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish or French or another related discipline and/or extensive knowledge and fluency with the Spanish and French languages. 
• Demonstrated interest in, commitment to, and ability to differentiate instruction for students of a variety of different academic levels. 
• Willingness to participate in interdisciplinary and innovative curricular design and partnership.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate classroom technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
• A commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
• Attention to detail, follow-through, and organization, and a genuine enthusiasm, positive presence, and flexibility.
• A commitment to Lakehill’s vision of learning with curiosity, leading with confidence, and service with compassion through actively improving one’s craft and growing professionally, serving as a role model for our students.
