ACTFL has an immediate opening for a Membership Manager. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Membership the Membership Manager is responsible for handling both day-to-day and strategic membership activities for the department including administration and assisting with administration of the association management database.    RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the dues renewal process for all members, including invoicing. Develop and implement the annual plan for membership recruitment, retention and engagement, a review of benefits including affinity group opportunities, potential new markets, and marketing/outreach via social media, webinars, and other networking opportunities.
