College of DuPage seeks full-time, tenure-track faculty member to teach FRENCH and ITALIAN courses starting in August 2021. College of DuPage is looking for a full-time faculty colleague in our Languages department to provide instruction and leadership in the French and Italian disciplines. The successful candidate will bring energy and expertise to implementing current language acquisition pedagogies and developing innovative curriculum. Candidate should have experience and/or interest in leading study abroad programs. A focus on the academic and workforce needs of community college students is essential, and commitment to student success initiatives is a plus. College of DuPage also offers opportunities to develop and be involved in many co- and extra-curricular activities. Faculty duties include classroom instruction, assessment, curriculum development, advising students, professional inquiry, committee work and engaging with instructional technology.
