Full time position for a teacher of Spanish starting September, 2017. Candidates should be fluent in Spanish with a solid knowledge of other subject areas such as history, art, and music within the target language cultures. The normal course load is five sections, usually two preparations, with an average of 15 students per class. Candidates should be able to teach all levels of Spanish from Introductory to Advanced Placement and have experience with language teaching methodologies that include the creative use of technology. BA in Spanish or related field with near native proficiency in Spanish. Graduate degree and teaching experience a plus.
